Unveiling of "A Woman" which symbolizes a Crying Mother. and the Turn -over of Mural Painting Blueprints to Barangay Maipon by USWAG-Bicol Inc. and Mayor Ann Gemma Ongjoco & Presentation of the MAGIC 8 (Painting Artist of Albay) responsible for this massive Mural Painting Project.
To commemorate the victims of super typhoon Reming (international name: Durian) since its devastation 10 years ago on November 30, a non-government organization aimed at empowering vulnerable communities conceptualized the idea of coming up with a mural at a dike on Barangay Maipon in Guinobatan, Albay.
